Our Story
Paper Gourmet was born from a chef’s obsession with quality craftsmanship and eye for detail.  After more than twenty years in professional kitchens, I wanted to bring that same level of care and creativity to the streets of Utah. Every sandwich and hand-crafted beverage is built from scratch. Using fresh ingredients and techniques learned over time. The name reflects our mission: premium food wrapped in simplicity—something you can hold in your hands but taste the experience behind it.

This business is personal. It’s a tribute to the people and places that shaped me — from my family’s millwright roots to the mentors who taught me discipline and flavor.  We honor that legacy every day, including the memory of Rex Noreen, whose spirit reminds us to work hard, stay humble, and feed people with love. Paper Gourmet isn’t just a food truck; it’s a story of craftsmanship, community, and the pursuit of excellence, one sandwich at a time.
